FUNKHOME's Track of the Month

Hi Everyone,

As you can see I worked a lot last month to update this forum with the new phpbb version.

A new forum with a new design, hope you'd like it.


Also you can notice, some news links appeared now just below the Funkhome's symbol.

One of them is called "FUNKHOME's Track of the Month" : I will try to change it once a month as the title indicates just to share with you one track I'd love to listen to at that moment.



This month it's Spyder-D - Big Apple Rappin' (National Rappin' Anthem), an amazing old school rap released in 1980

Because RAP found often its inspiration in FUNK Music and this month saw the release of the "N.W.A Straight Outta Compton" movie I saw and love, I choose as "the new Funkhome's Track of the Month" a great tune from Easy-E (even it's on the EP against Dr DRE "It's On (Dr. Dre) 187um Killa" release in 1993).

Sorry don't found time (or rather Paris events take all my mind...) in November...

but this month, to celebrate

- the joy of seeing our best artists live and
- the release of the 1st Live Album (so good ) from one of my favorite female singer, Lalah HATHAWAY, here is her interpretation of the classic Luther VANDROSS "Forever For Always For Love" at New Morning in Paris in November 2012.
