I bought the Cacophonic FM album... waaaowww, damn!
So many influences interact in this album. A kind of dub-P-funk, so fresh. Mixture between electronic beats and intruments works well, absolutely not boring. Voices are really beautiful.
The athmosphere is lounge and peaceful.
A really good surprise, even if I knew the quality of Payne's works.

i absolutely agree and did not intend to get political here. i just remarked on some observations i could recently make....
on the other hand i have to mention the fact, that P.FUNK tends to be quite political, bestknown example might be CHOCOLATE CITY from the 70's
