I KNOW why you guys can't open that page!!! It's BECAUSE you put a dot after the .com and before the slash....
Remove the dot and it'll work so the address should read like this :

http://wilharris.xbuild.com/

I am editing this post and I will gladly aknowledge the fact that it doesn't work any better now from my post than before from the others posts... but in this topic you still have to remove the '.' before the slash... I am cutting the link and pasting it in the browser and it works alright...
